Farmall Super FC-C

Purchased via online Auction Trade -Me in 2004. From what we know of its history

it was from the Waimate Golf Club for use around the course.

Not that common in New Zealand.

The FC is made in France hence the "F" prefix and is similar in most respects to the

American made "C".  However not all parts are interchangeable as the Americans use

Imperial measurement and the French use Metric!!

The other options in the range are the FC-D (Diesel powered) and FC-E-Distillate.

As at May 2005 the tractor has been stripped down and current trying to find some

bearing shells to repair the engine.  In most other respects it is complete.

May 2010.  This project has taken much longer than expected.  The main reason being

the difference in measurement standards between the USA and France.

The French use metric and the USA Imperial.  Finding bearing shells has been nearly impossible.

Problem solved and tractor about to go back together.
